DEP

On rare occasions, the Controller may crash on Windows 64-bit computers. To remedy the problem, turn off DEP for EFI_XF_Control.exe, as follows:

1. Click Start, right-click Computer, and then click Properties.
2. Click “Advanced system settings“.
3. On the Advanced tab, under “Performance“, click Settings.
4. On the Data Execution Prevention tab, click “Turn on DEP for all programs and
5. services except those I select“, and then click Add.
6. Open the folder Program Files\EFI\EFI XF\Server and click „EFI_XF_Control.exe“.
7. Click Open.
